Hmm... Let's start reviewing SUSHI @ SUSHI HANA...The worst place for eating sushi *no offend
Last sunday i went to Puri Mall with hubby and mum in law. Hubby is craving for sushi, but there's none good sushi place to eat. So we decided to try Sushi Hana.
The interior was just an ordinary restaurant with no sushi bar, to my suprise there are quite a crowd over there.
We order :
salmon sake nigiri : first bite, the rice fell off, tasteless, salmon not fresh at all
tuna sushi : they didn't add anything in the tuna, its like came out fresh from can, rice is tasteless
ika / squid : i was like what the..eww..u can barely eat that squid, from the look of it u don't
wanna touch that piece of junk
Unagi : the rice and unagi, both tasteless, lucky they have this japanese mayonaise
Salmon roe : Gosh..what did u serve..it's sooo not fresh, smells
Ebi Tempura sushi : Speechless..all the same with the above :( tasteless
Yaki udon : it's not Japanese Yaki udon, its Indonesian Style Yaki udon. Taste spicy
green tea : feels like drinking water with a bit of left over tea :)
Mayonaise : The only yummy food here The mayonaise..Yayy they finally got 1 point ^.^
I wonder do they even have a inspection for serving raw food. I don't think so...
Coz i myself worked at restaurant and food court back then and if they found out that the fridge is not up to certain degree. They would for sure 'fine' the owner. it's vary could be from AU$1000 to certain amount, depending on how bad is the fridge condition.
Again..it's Indonesia..What do u expectttt vava...everything here is back to The POWER OF MONEY Money Money Money.
Recommendation : NIL (i would definitely not going back, better have hoka hoka bento)

1. Kiyadon Sushi (TA & CP)
The GOOD taste for sushi so far:
1. Mid Plaza one
2. Ippachi (freshness TOP) - When i went there
Want to try : Tokio Joe :D
*Comparison to Sushi Train (oz), Kiyadon, Hachi Hachi, Sushi Tei (doesnt even taste good, all u can taste is thirsty afterward but better than this), Ippachi (Arcadia Senayan), Takigawa (ordinary), where else I forget, too many to mention. Will update more if i remember...
Why not recommended - factors are :
from the rice structure, the taste, the freshness, serving style, ingredients.
Well again it is all depend, some might say Sushi Naga is good,Sushi Mori is good, well its all depend on our tongue.
For me ever taste sushi original japanese made sushi makes me such a picky one :(
